The APRC package, which includes a quickshifter and Launch Control as standard, ensures lightning-fast starts and gear changes. Six-axis IMU and a Ride-by-Wire throttle provide optimal control by live monitoring the bike’s parameters in relation to the road conditions. The RS 660 is also a star when it comes to braking with multimap Cornering ABS making for impeccable stopping even when the bike is leaning. Advanced multi-map Cornering ABS ensures maximum safety on the road without compromising the RS 660’s performance. It works via a specific algorithm that optimises braking and ABS intervention on corners by constantly monitoring key parameters. These include lateral acceleration, the pressure applied to the front brake lever, and the lean, pitch and yaw angle, modulating the braking action in order to optimise the correlation between stability and deceleration.
